Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At FinTax Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Note: Innerwear, socks, and clearance items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Orders and note your Order ID.
  2. Email us at support@fintaxnetwork.com with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #12345".
  3. Include photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send you a shipping label if approved.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your provided Bank Account or UPI ID.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (e.g., size issue), send us an email at support@fintaxnetwork.com.
